Data we process

Email address, account and security data, votes, entries, photographs, titles, stories, reports, purchases and technical logs. EXIF metadata is removed before storage.

Purposes

Operating the competition, securing votes, moderating content, managing payments, preventing fraud, answering requests and complying with legal obligations.

Retention

Account data is retained while the service is used, then deleted or anonymised. Security and legally required logs are retained only for a proportionate period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Account deletion is available from “My account”. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Processors and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, payment, email and moderation providers selected by LOSAN CONSULTING under appropriate contractual safeguards.
